The Invisible Car.
Sorry, but I found this too cool not to share.
Forget that it's a Mercedes-Benz. Instead, focus on the fact that it's an "invisible" car!
Plus, it's with all this talk about LEDs these days, it's hard to ignore the fact that they're rapidly changing the face of our industry (and more specifically, my department).

It is pretty wild and kind of unpractical. But it makes for a good commercial.
C.B. - As a functioning car, yes, it's pretty unpractical.
But as an example the potential LEDs have in changing our industry (after all, this is an industry blog and I gotta at least attempt to make a reference to it in my posts), I think it's pretty freakin' cool.
If it hasn't already, I can see this kind of technology being adapted into a new version of the poor man's process (albeit, a more expensive one), translights and backings, and a whole slew of other things.
Brace yourself, people. Change is a coming.
If you could just get DeadMau5 to program the LED display... ;)
I agree -- very cool indeed...
Ed - DeadMau5's (or is it DeadMau5'?) stuff kind of loses it's edge once you realize it's the same kind of stuff shows like American Idol, The X Factor and America's Got Talent uses. :)
Michael - Yeah. I wonder if they'll do the same kind of tour in the states.
